About Air Force School
“The whole world is one family” Air Force School Thanjavur with LKG and UKG classes is functioning from the beautiful campus of Air Force Station located on Thanjavur – Pudukkotai Road since 2004. The school is administered under the aegis of IAF Educational and Cultural Society. IAF Educational and Cultural society is a nonprofit making welfare institution registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 on 25 Sep 1980 vide Regn. No. S/11214. The primary objective of the Society is promotion of education, fire arts and culture and diffusion of useful knowledge mainly amongst the past and present employees of IAF, their children and families.

Besides academic excellence and intellectual development, the school endeavors to help each child discover and develop one’s innate talents and abilities. It seeks to instill in the children proper habits, positive attitudes and right values in their grooming.
